Privacy Policy
PRIVACY POLICY WSOLVE MARKETPLACE
WSolve wants its users to be confident that it safeguards their privacy and processes all personal data by the law.
Personal data
To use the online booking service, the user must provide their name, address, telephone number, and email address. Information about the time of rental and the type of equipment reserved/ordered will be stored to register an order. The age limit for using the service is 18, and the user must also state their birth year. When using the service, the user’s order history is stored. This personal data is used to deliver the service to the user. It is stored for as long as a user is registered. The registered personal data can be changed on the user's page. Users can contact WSolve and request that it remove or deregister their data from its systems. The user will no longer be able to use the service unless they re-register.
Personal data to third parties
WSolve will not sell, trade, or disclose user's data. Order information is handled in a system (the marketplace) provided by Sharefox.
Payment information
When users place an order, their card information is stored with the payment provider Stripe to fulfill their order. Stripe stores the information safely and securely. This allows WSolve to handle changes to orders, cancellation of reservations such as deposits, crediting, and additional accrued costs incurred by the user (in the event of late delivery, damage or similar), as well as reducing misuse and shrinkage. WSolve will store transaction data related to the user's order, not the user's card details. Transaction data will be stored for as long as users are registered, cf. the section on personal data.
Use of collected data
The personal data collected for these purposes includes information users provide (name, email address, etc.) and information collected through the service, such as which equipment the user rents, information about the location, and technical information about the user's device and internet connection. The personal data may be supplemented with available information from third-party actors.
Cookies
When users visit WSolve’s marketplace, various technologies recognise them as users and collect data. For example, WSolve uses cookies to log lease dates and equipment. Cookies facilitate the service and provide users with relevant information when they visit WSolve’s website. They are also used to cache data such as available rental dates, prices, etc. Through service logs and other tools, WSolve may record information about the user’s device and its connection to its service, including operating system, browser version, IP address, cookies, and unique identification files. This information is used in anonymous and aggregated statistics but can also be linked to a user account. The information allows WSolve, among other things, to customise the display of its service to the devices users are using.
